Upon signing a purchase and sales agreement, our customers receive a comprehensive homeowner’s and warranty manual. This manual identifies the Chinburg Builders warranty coverage; a policy that exceeds industry standards. This guide also provides valuable information about the homebuilding process, what you can expect from the experience, and important tips for maintaining your home. Lori will review the highlights of the manual and warranty during the customers orientation and walk through. Upon receipt of a written non-emergency warranty request, Lori will contact you within 48 hours.

Lifetime Homeowner Hotline: In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Chinburg Builders is pleased to announce a one-of-a-kind service to all original Chinburg homeowners: the Lifetime Homeowner Hotline.
