We expect to fulfill the customer service commitment with every interaction any customers have with every Chinburg employee. Additionally, Chinburg Builders employs a full time, dedicated customer service and warranty professional.

Lori Bachand joined the Chinburg Builders team in early 2007, with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and building industries. Since that time, customers have repeatedly contacted the company president to express how Lori's professional advice and calming influence have made their home-buying experience a pleasure.

Upon signing a purchase and sales agreement, our customers receive a comprehensive homeowner’s and warranty manual. This manual identifies the Chinburg Builders warranty coverage; a policy that exceeds industry standards. This guide also provides valuable information about the homebuilding process, what you can expect from the experience, and important tips for maintaining your home. Lori will review the highlights of the manual and warranty during the customers orientation and walk through. Upon receipt of a written non-emergency warranty request, Lori will contact you within 48 hours.

Lifetime Homeowner Hotline: In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Chinburg Builders is pleased to announce a one-of-a-kind service to all original Chinburg homeowners: the Lifetime Homeowner Hotline. Perhaps a homeowner is looking for a plumber, advice about replacing their flooring, or a preferred vendor for windows, or an architect to design an addition. With our Lifetime Homeowner Hotline, we commit to continue to be a trusted resource, years after the keys have been turned over to you. Lori is your Chinburg Builders' advocate and will help you to find the answers to your questions.
